Wine lovers will enjoy discovering the fantastic choice of local wines of Bergerac, Saussignac and Monbazillac.
The famous Bordeaux and St Emilion appellations are under an hours drive.

St Emillion and Bordeaux are within an hours drive and the Bordeaux appellation is within 5 miles of the villa.

Sausignac - Organic, bio dynamic wines. contact Caro the South African/Irish owner to book on one of her wonderful wine experiences. She has a range of experiences to suit all budgets and has even teamed up with a Michelin starred chef to create an incredible wine pairing lunch!

Amanda and David left the Yorkshire dales in 2010 to start life as wine growers half way between Acabanes and La Grange (our other property. Enquire with Amanda for tours and picnics on their family farm.

Located in a large building on the road out of Sigoules towards the main N21. This is a good place to try very local, good value wine, both bottled and boxed wines, which are excellent for large groups.

In the old part of Bergerac is a very good wine experience and well with a visit.

Taste world famous sweet white wine in a beautiful setting. Wonderful to combine a visit with lunch on the terrace of Tour des Vents, which is only a 3 minute drive.

Only a 40 minute drive towards Bordeaux. An excellent day out, especially if combined with lunch in the main square.
