Acabanes is very practical for children, with tiled and wooden floors throughout. Although luxury touches can be found throughout the house, the children can still feel very comfortable and parents can completely relax!

The Yellow Twin bedroom, Rose and Lavender Bedrooms have flat screen TVs for DVDs.  

 

The staircase to the first floor has two stair gates. There is also another stair gate from the sitting room to the kitchen where there are two steps.

 

Families enjoy the SMART TV in the vast sitting room, either watching the numerous DVDs. There are also numerous traditional Hamleys board games and lots of other games and books to entertain the youngsters.

All four Main bedrooms have the option of having a young child sleeping in a single bed with their parents. Every child and infant will also receive a bath and pool towel.

The large, two acre, enclosed garden is a wonderful area for children to explore safely, with a supersize trampoline with net surround and steps for little legs, football goals, Wendy House, Little Tikes play area, toddler slide.
