Sitting Room

Acabanes character sitting room is a huge space with an oak beamed ceiling, traditional stone walls and tiled floors.
The sitting room is open plan with the kitchen and dining area.

Guests have the choice of two large seating areas;
​
A formal area grouped around the wood burning stove with large, luxurious feather filled sofas. This is a snug place to relax on cooler evenings with a book in front of the roaring fire.
An informal area with leather sofas in front of the 50in plasma TV with Freesat TV and satellite sports package. The plasma sofas are a real hit with families wanting to snack whilst enjoying their programmes! This area has a choice of hundreds of DVDs of all genres and also surround sound.

Enjoy the Championship Pool Table, which can also be converted for Snooker to be played. Challenge your friends and family to holiday competitions. Ceiling lights and fans are installed above the table.

The sitting room has an Information area with maps, leaflets and a range of board games for all ages.
​
Have fun with the casino table with poker game.
Picnic rucksacks and rugs are also stored here.
Kitchen and Dining Room

Another huge space! Super room for cooking and dining with room for everyone to be together.
​
The fully fitted oak kitchen has luxury touches throughout, such as Bosch, Le Creuset and Viners. It is fully stocked, including a range of sharp, good quality knives.
For cooking, there is a large, dual fuel SMEG stove.

Wine buffs will love the two wine fridges;
The square Polar wine fridge is for chilling white wine ready to serve.
The tower wine fridge is for storing red wine at the optimum temperature.
Wine lovers will also enjoy the challenge of trying to fill the large, rustic wine rack.

There are three sets of oak French doors leading from this area. One set opens onto a pretty breakfast terrace which catches the early morning sun. The other two sets open onto the main terrace, part of which is covered. This area has super views over the two acre enclosed garden.

The large table has chairs for 12, however guests are welcome to seat more than this by making use of patio chairs.
​
The large Welsh Dresser displays the selection of wine decanters and coolers.
