Two Acre Fully Enclosed Garden
The main garden is a wonderful space for all activities with football goals, super size trampoline, children's play area, 2 Wendy Houses, toddler slide. There is a large grassed area, a woodland area and cypress trees at the far end. A huge willow tree offers a cool haven on hot days. A large games box full of garden games. This garden is bordered on one side by fields and on the other by a little lane.

Pool area
This large, enclosed area has a Mediterranean feel with olive trees and palms. There are plenty of Keter sun loungers for everyone to relax on. For full details see separate POOL section.
Main Covered Terrace
This is the main outdoor dining area with views over the 2 acre garden, 2 Kettler dining tables and plenty of chairs, a swing seat, night lighting, table tennis, Weber gas and charcoal BBQs. There is plenty of room for a game of table tennis here.

Breakfast Terrace
Leads from the dining area of the kitchen for morning sun while eating your croissants around a table with 4 chairs an a parasol.

Lavender Bedroom Terrace
Leading from the Four Poster Lavender Bedroom, the terrace ha a Kettler table and 4 chairs, a parasol and a round siesta sofa.

Green Bedroom Terrace
Leading from the Green Bedroom, the terrace has a Giant Chess Set, a table and chairs for 2 and there is also a John Lewis double sofa bed.
