The Property
The villa has extensive grounds of approximately three acres, which
are ideal for general relaxation and sporting activities. The
partly covered tiled terrace is perfect for BBQs and 'al fresco' dining or simply enjoying the views
over the garden.

This luxury villa in the Dordogne, is
built of local stone which has the advantage of being
cool during the hot summers. It has four large double
bedrooms with three bathrooms (two of which are en-suite), and can accommodate up to
eight adults and six children.

It also has two beautiful Jotul wood burning
stoves,
situated in the lounge and kitchen, making a visit out of season both
romantic and cosy.

Groups Catered For
The villa can accommodate both the very young, the elderly
and
those with limited mobility. Extensive facilities are provided to suit
the needs of all our guests, whatever age or interests.

This is a child friendly villa and is equipped with: 1 cot, 1 travel
cot, 1 pram, a MacLaren stroller,
2 high chairs, 2 dining table booster seats, 1 baby
bath, foam insert for bath for very young babies, rubber bath mat, 2 bed guards,
1 changing mat, 2 baby seats for the bikes, children's toilet seats
and steps, plastic crockery/cutlery, stairs protected by stair gates top and bottom. The pool area and the covered terrace are gated to ensure the safety of
toddlers/younger children and the 2 acre lower garden is fully
enclosed. The pool itself can be completely enclosed by a
retractable cover which can be locked in position, for added safety
and security.
Ramps have also been
provided to assist those with limited mobility to gain
access to all areas in the villa and pool area. One
large bedroom is located on the ground floor and has its own shower room. It also has direct access on to its own
private terrace and from there, a short ramp leads to the
swimming pool terrace.
