Approaching from the north from St Foy La Grande
​
Travel south on the D18.
After approx 10 minutes you will pass the entrance to Chateau Vigiers on your left.
Drive for 8 minutes and you will see a really large, long house on your right, take the next left onto the C201 to Thenac/ Acabanes. You will see a bungalow on your left and Acabanes is the next house on the left further up the hill.

From Bergerac airport
Leave airport and travel to the T junction, turn right on to the N21. At the first roundabout take the last exit to Bordeaux. Straight across at the next Roundabout. At the next large roundabout take last exit D933 Marmande and Mont-de-Marsan. After 6.3 m/10 kms turn right onto D15 Sigoules. On entering the village bear left and travel past a small Carrefour. At the roundabout in the middle of Sigoules take the 3rd exit. You will pass the school on your left. After 1 mile take a right turn onto the C4 to Thenac. Follow the road for a few miles until you reach Thenac on top of the hill. Pass the Mairee on your right, take the second left turn down a windy steep hill and at the bottom, just before the bungalow on the corner, you will see Acabanes on your right.
