Acabanes is a luxury villa situated in the Dordogne department of the Aquitaine region in Southwest France.

It is 80km East of Bordeaux

Close to the towns of Bergerac, Duras and Eymet.

The villa is situated on the side of a gentle hill with south facing views over the surrounding rolling countryside and vineyards. It is close to the small village of Thenac, which has its own wine Chateau, church and Mairie.

The nearest large village is Sigoules which is 6km away and has all the amenities expected of a French village including a post office, doctors, hairdressers, florists, surgery, supermarket (Shoppi), bakery, chemist, a bar and a small restaurant/takeaway.
