The above tariffs are not
dependent on the number of people staying at the property and include electricity, a welcome pack on arrival (click
here for
more details), all bedding and household linen, bath towels, hand
towels and pool towels.
We do not impose any significant restrictions on our guests with two notable exceptions;
- Due to the fire risk, no smoking is allowed within the
villa, but you are free to smoke under the two covered terraces (one
by the front door the other outside the kitchen), or on the upstairs
balcony.
- No pets are allowed.
